Privacy Policy — Agritas Staff

Agritas Staff is an internal application of Nazeer Group (Agritas), issued to employees of the company. It is not offered to the general public, and it cannot be used without an account issued by the company.
Who this applies to
This policy covers employees of Nazeer Group who are issued an account for the Agritas Staff application.
What the app collects
- Identity — the user name issued in the company ERP, the employee's name, and the phone number recorded against that employee.
- Location — the device's position is recorded when the employee marks attendance or logs a dealer visit, and at intervals during declared working hours, including while the app is in the background. This is used to confirm field attendance and dealer coverage. Collection follows the schedule set by the company and does not run outside working hours. The employee is told this inside the app before the permission is requested, and Android shows a permanent notification for as long as it is running.
- Work records — dealer visits, sales orders, payments collected, expenses and attendance punches.
- Photos and recordings — pictures of receipts and documents, and voice notes sent in internal messages, when the employee chooses to attach them.
- Messages — the content of messages sent between employees inside the app.
- Device information — a device identifier generated by the app, and a notification token used to deliver push messages.
Where it goes
All of the above is sent to Nazeer Group's own servers and stored there. Those servers are reachable only on the company network or over the company VPN.
Push notifications are delivered through Google's Firebase Cloud Messaging, which receives a device notification token for that purpose. No other third party receives data from this app. Nothing is sold, and nothing is used for advertising.
How long it is kept
Work records are kept as part of the company's business records. Location samples are kept for as long as the company requires them for attendance and coverage review.
Employee rights
An employee may ask the company what has been recorded about them, and may ask for an account to be closed. Requests go to the contact address below. Closing an account removes the employee's access; business records already created are kept as company records.
Security
Access requires the employee's ERP credentials. The application connects only to company-controlled servers on a private network or VPN.
Children
The app is issued only to employees and is not directed at children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this address and the date at the top will be revised.
