Neater is a dichlorvos insecticide from Agritas, 500 g/L as an emulsifiable concentrate. Dichlorvos is an organophosphate that acts on contact, in the stomach and as a vapour. The vapour is what makes it fast, and it is also what makes it dangerous in an enclosed space. The pack itself marks it Highly Hazardous.

Why it pays
It acts quickly and it acts as a vapour, so it reaches insects in cracks, joints and corners that a spray cannot wet directly. That is the whole of its advantage, and the vapour that gives it is the same property that demands everything in the safety note below.
Field tips
Because it works as a vapour it does not stay where you put it. Never treat a closed room that people or animals will occupy, and air the space thoroughly before anyone returns. Keep it away from food, food surfaces, cooking areas, bedding, and anywhere children sleep or play. It is IRAC group 1B — the same group as the chlorpyrifos in this range — so the two are not rotation partners for each other.
Safety
The pack marks this Highly Hazardous, and that is also the World Health Organization's classification for dichlorvos. Treat it accordingly.
It is an organophosphate: it blocks cholinesterase, and poisoning shows as sweating, headache, vomiting, pinpoint pupils, weakness and difficulty breathing. It is absorbed through the skin and through the lungs, and it acts fast. Anyone with those signs goes to hospital immediately with the container.
If it is swallowed, do NOT make the person vomit — this is an EC in a petroleum solvent, and solvent breathed into the lung during vomiting is what kills. Remove contaminated clothing and wash the skin with soap and water at once. Flush a splashed eye with clean running water for at least fifteen minutes.
Wear gloves, boots, long sleeves, eye protection and a mask, and change out of the clothes you sprayed in. Keep children, pregnant women and animals away from treated areas until they have been thoroughly aired. Keep it away from irrigation channels, ponds and drinking water. Store it locked away from food, feed and children, and never re-use an empty container for anything at all.

دستانے، بوٹ، پورے بازو، آنکھوں کی حفاظت اور ماسک پہنیں، اور سپرے والے کپڑے بدل دیں۔ بچوں، حاملہ خواتین اور جانوروں کو دوا لگی جگہوں سے اُس وقت تک دور رکھیں جب تک وہ اچھی طرح ہوا دار نہ ہو جائیں۔ کھالوں، تالابوں اور پینے کے پانی سے دور رکھیں۔ کھانے، چارے اور بچوں سے دور تالے میں رکھیں، اور خالی ڈبہ کبھی کسی کام کے لیے دوبارہ استعمال نہ کریں۔
