Potassium Deficiency

Older leaves scorch from the tip and edge inwards while the middle stays green. Stems stay thin, bolls and fruit fill poorly, and the crop wilts sooner than it should in heat. Common on light sandy soils and on heavy-yielding cotton and sugarcane.
